ran Hiits on the elliptical while watching part of Shrek the Third.  I downloaded some sherlock holmes podcasts to listen to on my ipod while running or whatever, but didn't get them to my ipod yet...I'm looking forward to that.  

In conclusion, it's been a zippity-doo-dah day.
