UPDATE....
Stay tuned for details about today's ten mile run! Well, subtract eight from that ten and you have the correct number of miles of my run. I guess 2 is the new 10. I got all ready to go, then had to do "one more thing first" as I thought, "I'd better hurry up before the rain sets in." Then I thought of another something I had to do..."better hurry," I thought. Then, of course there was something else... When I finally got out there, I trucked along for about a mile before it began to rain. Now, I don't mind rain, but for 10 miles? Hmmm. I figured I'd keep going as long as I could still enjoy myself and that at least I might get in 5 miles and then go finish on the treadmill. But then it began to hail. I drew the line. I'm on my own time-line after all. I can certainly choose a better day for 10 miles. I decided to keep my pace below a certain number all the way back home and considered myself done for today.
